As per our Terms and Conditions, we require a deposit to confirm the booking. We normally expect the balance to be paid by cheque, debit or credit card 14 days before the hire date. In the case of personal cheques, please allow sufficient time for posting and weekends. In the case of weddings and special events such as race days, we usually require balances to be paid 21 days before the hire date.
