Limos In Style Ltd. understand that parents are naturally anxious about the safety of their children. We recognise, too, that a school prom should be an exciting step towards adulthood for young people. With this in mind, we make the following safety pledge specifically for school prom hires:
Safety Pledge
A responsible adult (parent or guardian) will be required to act as a Home Contact for the duration of the hire. The Home Contact will provide The Company with an emergency contact number and will maintain a schedule of contact numbers for each passenger.
No passenger will be allowed to drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes whilst in our vehicles even if they are of age. No passenger will be allowed to partake of any illegal substances.
The Company reserves the right to refuse to travel to any destination which, in the opinion of The Company, is not an appropriate venue for minors.
The Company's chauffeur will not accept any changes to the agreed, booked itinerary without prior parental consent. Multiple drop-offs should be agreed with The Company at the time of booking.
Our hire charges start from when the vehicle leaves our company compound until the last passenger is dropped off at his or her destination.
